JAC Chandigarh Admissions 2026 Eligibility Criteria

JAC Chandigarh 2026 eligibility is not yet revised. Based on last year’s criteria, candidates must have a valid JEE Main 2026 score to participate in the counselling process. Only those who have passed their Class 12th or equivalent examination in 2022, 2023, or are appearing in Class 12th/equivalent in 2026 will be considered eligible. Additionally, the subject combinations required in the qualifying examination for admission to BE, BArch, or Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA courses under JAC 2026 remain mandatory as per the specified guidelines.

JAC Chandigarh 2026 Application Form

JAC Chandigarh 2026 Application Form has not yet been revised. Based on last year’s criteria, candidates must apply for the JAC Chandigarh counselling special round online on the official website. The steps to apply are given below:

Step 1: Authentication: Candidates need to authenticate themselves by entering:

• JEE Main 2026 Application Number
• Candidate’s Name
• Mother’s Name
• Date of Birth

After authentication, candidates can create login credentials (JEE Main Application No. as login ID and a password) and provide contact details like email ID and mobile number.

Step 2: Fill Online Form: Candidates must fill the online registration form and provide:

• Category (General, EWS, BC, SC, ST)
• Sub-category details
• Marks obtained in 10+2 subjects
• Place of school (Chandigarh/Outside Chandigarh)
  Upload the required documents as mentioned.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee: After submitting the form, pay the non-refundable registration fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or e-Challan:

JAC Chandigarh Counselling Choice Filling Process 2026

JAC Chandigarh Counselling Choice Filling Process 2026 has not yet been revised. Based on last year’s criteria, All registered candidates must select their preferred institutes and branches in order of priority. If eligible for both Engineering and Architecture, candidates need to fill one combined choice list. For those eligible only for Architecture, choice filling is optional, as the single Architecture option in CCA will be considered automatically after registration.

Candidates can fill as many choices as they want and can add, delete, or reorder choices any number of times before final locking.

Choice Locking:

• Candidates must lock their choices before the last date.
• Locking requires clicking the LOCK button, re-entering the password, and confirming.
• If not locked manually, the last saved choices will be locked automatically after the deadline.
• Once locked, choices cannot be changed, but candidates can view them by logging in again.

JAC Chandigarh 2026 Seat Allotment

JAC Chandigarh 2026 Seat Allotment is not yet revised. Based on last year’s criteria, All submitted choices will be processed centrally, and seat allotment results will be published on the official website. Candidates who are allotted a seat must:

• Pay the seat acceptance fee
• Submit their willingness for upgradation in later rounds

If these steps are not completed, the seat will be cancelled, and the candidate will not be considered for further rounds (except Special and Spot Round).

Physical Reporting: No physical reporting is required immediately after seat allotment. Payment of the fee and submission of willingness online will count as reporting. Candidates must report to the allotted institute after the third round of counselling.
