The rules
- Every lead needs the student's consent to be contacted by CollegePucho and the chosen college; under-18 students need a guardian.
- A lead goes only to the college you submitted it for. We review it first — nothing is sent before approval.
- The same student for the same college within 30 days, or already with that college from another source, is a duplicate and is not payable.
- Colleges may return a lead within the return window (for example a wrong number); the lead payout is then reversed. You can dispute any return.
- No purchased lists, no misleading ads, no contact with students who opted out. Breaches end the partnership.

Questions
Is there a fee to join?
No. You are paid per the rate card agreed for each college; we never charge partners.
When do I get paid?
Statements are generated on the 8th for the previous month and paid within 30 days (45 for registered MSMEs) to your verified bank account. Balances under ₹1,000 carry forward.
I am not GST-registered. Can I join?
Yes. Unregistered partners do not add GST. TDS is deducted under section 194H; add a valid PAN to avoid the 20% rate.
Which colleges can I send leads to?
Your account manager grants colleges, courses and states to your account. The portal and the API list them with their current capacity.
