📌 The short version

CollegePucho is a free information and guidance platform — not an admission agent. The figures come from the colleges themselves, so confirm anything you are about to pay for on their official portal. Reviews must be honest and your own, ads are always labelled, and please don't scrape or spam.

Acceptance and who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and VIRELLO COLLEGEPUCHO PRIVATE LIMITED, 386, Ground Floor, NEETIKHAND-I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad — 201014, Uttar Pradesh, covering the CollegePucho website, its counselling services and its guidance tools. By accessing and using the platform you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use.

What CollegePucho is (and isn’t)

We are an information and guidance platform. We are not an admission agent, we hold no seats, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of admission.

✅We do — publish college data, student reviews, exam calendars and free guidance tools, including the mind-map test and counsellor callbacks.

🚫We don’t — process admissions, collect fees on behalf of colleges, or promise seats, ranks or scholarships.

⚖️Decisions are yours — always confirm fees, cutoffs and deadlines on the college’s own official portal before paying anyone anything.

Data accuracy

Figures on this site — fees, cutoffs, seats, placements and dates — come from the institution’s own submitted record. Colleges revise fees, exams shift dates and counselling rounds move, so information is provided “as is”, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and the official source always prevails over our page. If something looks wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will check it.

Your account

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when you register.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for what happens under your login.
We may suspend accounts used to post fake reviews, scrape data, submit fraudulent documents, or spam colleges through our forms.

Reviews and your content

A review must be your own, first-hand experience. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and moderate it; you keep ownership of what you wrote.

✍️Allowed — honest praise and criticism, specific incidents, and updates as things change.

❌Removed — reviews written for payment, competitor sabotage, hate speech, personal data about other people, and anything you did not experience yourself.

💰Cashback — the review cashback is paid only after a review passes verification, and never depends on the rating you give.

Advertising and sponsored content

Colleges and brands pay for labelled placements, and every one of them carries an AD or SPONSORED badge wherever it appears. Paying for visibility does not move a college up a ranking, change its review score, or alter what our guidance tools recommend.

Intellectual property and scraping

The CollegePucho name, design, datasets and editorial content are ours or licensed to us. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited. You may quote a short excerpt with attribution and a link; bulk scraping, reselling our datasets, or republishing our data as your own requires a written licence — write to us through the contact page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law permits, CollegePucho is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information published here. We are not liable for admission outcomes, missed deadlines, the conduct of a third-party college, or losses from decisions made on data that its official source later revised.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Indian law. We may modify them at any time, and significant changes will be announced on the platform — continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms. If you have a dispute, please write to us through the contact page first; we would rather resolve it directly.
