HSTES 2026 Counselling Process

  2. OCET Exam for BPharm Candidates: BPharm applicants will receive an admit card to appear for the Online Common Entrance Test (OCET). The exam results will determine eligibility for counselling and seat allotment.

HSTES 2026 Counselling Document Verification

For Rest of Haryana Category (RoHC): If candidates don’t have a PPP ID, they must provide one of the following:

  • Domicile certificate from another state.
  • Proof of 10+2 or latest qualification from a state other than Haryana.
  • An affidavit if their parents work as government employees outside Haryana.
  • Haryana Residence Certificate (if the qualifying exam was not passed from a school in Haryana).

Haryana Residents: Candidates who passed their qualifying exam from a Haryana school are considered Haryana residents and don’t need to submit additional residence certificates. However, they must provide and verify their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID) number.

Certificates for Government Employees: If applicable, government employees of Haryana or employees of statutory bodies must submit employer certificates.

Reserved Category Certificates: Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC, SCD, BC, PH, etc.) must upload valid certificates matching their PPP ID. This includes:

  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Deprived Scheduled Caste (SCD), Backward Class (BC) certificates with income proof.
