The School of Inspired Leadership offers two main postgraduate programs: PGPM (Business Leadership and Human Resources) for three-year experienced professionals and PGDM for people with less than three years of work experience. There are more than 50 core and elective subjects in the PGPM curriculum, whereas the PGDM focuses on business design and leadership. Admissions are based on CAT, GMAT, XAT, NMAT, or CMAT scores, academic performance, and work experience for PGPM.

Applications for the 2025 academic year are accepted for SOIL’s PGDM and PGPM programs. A bachelor’s degree and a successful score in CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT or SOIL’s entrance exam are required from applicants. To select a candidate, there is a profile evaluation, an essay and a personal interview.
