BHU Faculty of Law also has a five-year integrated undergraduate law and business administration degree (BA LLB (Hons)) course, a two-year postgraduate course (LLM) in several areas, and Ph.D. research courses in law. The UG and PG law courses are given admission based on the performance of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The Ph.D. is selected by a written test and interview. The curriculum is intertwined with case studies, moot courts, internship and dissertation work to equip students with practical and theoretical knowledge of the law.

Faculty of Law BHU conducts admissions via CUET to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. To secure a seat in BA LLB, candidates are required to apply and take the CUET UG exam and in case of LLM, the CUET PG exam. Candidates are expected to undergo BHU counseling and seat allotment process after results have been declared by filling online registration. Document verification and tuition fee payment finalize admission. The Ph.D. program stage includes an additional examination through written test and personal interview.
