Here are 16 photos of the NIT AP campus in Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh. Fee tables and rankings tell you the numbers. Photos tell you the rest — how far the hostel is from your classes, how big the library is, and whether the campus feels open or crowded. If you are going to spend the next three or four years somewhere, it helps to see it first.

NIT AP was established in 2015 and is a public/government institution. The campus is in Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh. It is spread over about 172 acres, so the photos also show you how that space is used — where the classrooms are, where the hostels are, and how much open ground is left in between.

What the NIT AP gallery covers

The photos are sorted by subject, so you can go straight to what you want to see. Here is what the gallery has, and what to notice in each set.

Campus5How far apart the buildings are, and how much open space there is.
Entrance2The main gate, the road outside, and the security arrangement.
Hostel2Room size, how many students share a room, and how far hostels are from the classrooms.
Others1Photos that did not fit the other groups. Often the most honest ones.

Sports1Which sports you can actually play here, and whether the grounds look used.
Transport1Bus routes and timings — important if the campus is far from the city.

How to read these photos

Every college picks its best photos, so look at the background, not just the subject. Are the paths and buildings well maintained? Does the lab equipment look old or new? How many cycles are parked outside the hostel? These small things tell you more about daily life at NIT AP than a nice photo of the main building.

Also notice what is missing. If there are many photos of buildings from outside but very few of classrooms, labs or the library, ask about it during counselling. Same if there are no hostel photos.

Should you visit the campus?

Photos help, but nothing beats seeing the place yourself. If NIT AP is on your list and you can travel there, go on a working day so you see the campus with students around, not empty. The address is Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh. Try to see a bit of Tadepalligudem too. The city decides your internship options, your monthly expenses and what you do on weekends — and none of that shows up in a photo of the college gate.

If you cannot visit, read this gallery along with the other sections — the 8 courses offered, the fees, the placements and the cutoffs. Photos answer "what will it feel like to study here". The tables answer "what will I get out of it". You need both before you decide.

About these photos

These 16 photos are from the official NIT AP record, Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh, and new ones are added as we get them. If you study here and have photos of something we have missed — a lab, a hostel room, a fest, or just a normal day — do share them. Those are the ones juniors find most useful.
