Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is one of the central universities originated in the year 1998 in Hyderabad, Telangana. MANUU is a recognized institution under UGC which is also accredited by NAAC and has emerged as a leading institution of higher education in Urdu in the whole of India. It has seven academic schools which oversee over 200 affiliate colleges and regional centers where thousands of students are being enrolled each year. The B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, B.Ed, B.Voc, LLB, M.A., M.Sc., MBA, MCA, M.Ed, M.Phil, and PhD and various diplomas in languages are provided by MANUU while the IT, education, journalism and sciences are provided by the university. UG (B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com) and similar courses will be admitted through CUET UG; other courses, including engineering, law, and education, and postgraduate programmes, are entrance based or admit on a merit basis.

The admissions to all the UG-level, 2026 at MANUU will be however based on the scores obtained in CUET and those to the postgraduate program, doctoral programs, B.Ed program, B.Tech program and technical programs will need entrance test performance or merit-based, whichever is the course. Registration of CUET-based programs begins in August and other streams have different portals. The application form is to be filled, academic and identity documents uploaded, and program choices to be submitted according to the eligibility of candidates. Campus choices, merit list, and counseling dates are published on the portals of MANUU. Most of the common regular UG programs do not have a registration fee, and any official communication is done digitally. After short listing, the applicants do document verification and pay the fees to secure seats. The government policies are implemented in admission rules of reserved categories and scholarships.

The Placement and Training Cell of MANUU had not released the details of 2026 yet.
