MAFSU offers veterinary, fishery, dairy technology, and allied sciences courses including B.V.Sc & A.H., B.F.Sc, M.V.Sc, M.Tech, PhD, and diploma. Eligibility for UG programs requires 10+2 with PCB and qualifying scores in NEET or MAFSU CET. PG and doctoral entries need corresponding-degree qualifications and entrance exam clearance.

Admission to MAFSU programs requires candidates to register for the appropriate entrance exam such as NEET, MAFSU CET, ICAR AIEEA, or MHT CET, based on the course.
