However, as reported by MBBS student Manas Agarwal, KLE University Belgaum does not offer traditional campus placements for MBBS students. Instead, students must complete a mandatory internship at the university hospital. During this internship, students receive a stipend of INR 15,000. The primary purpose of the internship is to gain practical experience by assisting in hospital processes, such as registering cases, enrolling patients under various schemes and collecting blood samples.
