Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kolkata, also known as IHM Kolkata,  is one of India’s oldest and most respected hotel management colleges. It was started in 1963 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The institute is run under the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT). IHM Kolkata offers B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, along with Diploma and Certificate courses in Food Production, Bakery, Front Office, and Food & Beverage Service.
