Indus University Placement Process 2026
Indus University follows a particular placement process to ensure students get the best opportunities in major organisations. Its placement process includes several steps.
- The placement process at Indus University, Ahmedabad, is managed by a dedicated Training and Placement Cell (TPC) that helps students prepare for and secure jobs in top national and international companies.
- The process starts with student registration. Final-year students from programs like B.Tech, MBA, MCA, BBA, and B.Des must register with the Placement Cell by submitting their academic details and updated resumes.
- The placement process officially begins when companies visit the campus or conduct virtual recruitment drives. Recruiters hold pre-placement talks to explain job roles, salary packages, and company expectations.
- Students then participate in selection rounds, which may include Aptitude or written tests (logical, verbal, and technical), Technical interviews to test subject knowledge and HR interviews to assess communication, personality, and teamwork.
- After all rounds, companies share the list of selected candidates, and students receive offer letters through the Placement Cell.
- The university also encourages students to complete internships with partner organisations. Many students receive Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on their internship performance.
- For students who aren’t placed in the first round, the TPC organises multiple recruitment drives and job fairs throughout the year, ensuring everyone gets equal opportunities.
