B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) at Sanskar Educational Group

Sanskar Educational Group, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, offers B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) as a 4-year undergraduate degree. There are 60 seats in each batch. The total fee on record is ₹5.21 lakh – ₹6.98 lakh, which works out to about ₹1.3 lakh a year.

Expect to spend most of your time on how machines learn from data: programming in Python, probability and statistics, machine learning, neural networks, computer vision and natural language processing, with projects on real datasets.

Sanskar Educational Group is a private institute, founded in 2005. This page brings together what is on record for this course at Sanskar Educational Group — fees, seats, eligibility, the admission route and placements — so you can judge it before you apply.

Most B.Tech programmes follow a similar pattern: the first year builds the foundations (mathematics, science and programming), the middle years go deep into the subject, and the final year is given over to electives, a major project and usually an internship.

Here that means how machines learn from data: programming in Python, probability and statistics, machine learning, neural networks, computer vision and natural language processing, with projects on real datasets. Typical first jobs: machine learning engineer, AI developer, data scientist or research engineer. Many graduates also go on to a master's degree.

The exact syllabus is set by the college or its affiliating university and changes from year to year, so ask Sanskar Educational Group for the current semester-wise plan.

The fee figures on record for this course are below. Fees are for the whole course unless marked otherwise, and apply to B.Tech programmes at Sanskar Educational Group as a group.

Colleges revise fees most years, and hostel, transport and exam charges are often billed separately. Confirm the current figure with Sanskar Educational Group before you pay anything.

To get into B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), you usually need Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics, plus Chemistry, Computer Science or another technical subject; most colleges ask for roughly 45–60% in these subjects. The minimum marks on record at Sanskar Educational Group are: X: 0.0, XII: 45.0, Graduation: 0.0.

Admission to this kind of course is usually through JEE Main and state engineering entrance exams. Reserved-category candidates generally get a relaxation in the minimum marks. Check Sanskar Educational Group's prospectus for the exact cut-off this year.

In most years, admission follows these steps:

1. Check that you meet the eligibility above and register for the entrance exam in time.
2. Take JEE Main and state engineering entrance exams and keep your scorecard.
3. Apply to Sanskar Educational Group on its website (sanskareducationalgroup.ac.in) or through the enquiry form on this page, and take part in counselling if a state or central body runs it.
4. Once you are offered a seat, verify your documents (marksheets, ID, category certificate if any) and pay the admission fee to confirm it.

The most recent placement data we hold (2023) show a placement rate of 100% (BArch), an average package of ₹4.75 lakh and a highest package of ₹7 lakh at Sanskar Educational Group. These are college-wide figures, not only for this specialisation.

For B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) specifically, the average salary on record is ₹3 lakh a year.

Placement numbers vary a lot by year and by branch. Ask the placement cell for the branch-wise report of the last two batches.

Sanskar Educational Group runs 9 B.Tech specialisations in all. If this one is not quite right, compare it with:

• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
• B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering
• B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
• B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry)
• B.Tech. in Computer Science (Data Science)
• B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (Lateral Entry)
• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Lateral Entry)
• B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Lateral Entry)

Ask yourself — and the college — these questions first:

• Are you genuinely interested in how machines learn from data? You will spend 4 years on it.
• Can you manage ₹5.21 lakh – ₹6.98 lakh over the course, plus hostel and living costs? Ask about scholarships and education loans.
• Are the placement figures above good enough for your goals? Ask for the branch-wise numbers.
• How does Sanskar Educational Group compare with other colleges offering B.Tech in and around Ghaziabad?
