IILM University diligently prepares students for their career aspirations and we believe that the Corporate Readiness Programme should be holistic and hyper-personalized, not only telling them what to do but also guiding them through a step-by-step procedure to land their desired career. While resume and mock interviews are important, our approach is to improvise the Mind set, Skill set & Tool set of the students. We believe the Career Selection Process as the foundation for long-term success. We start with the 'Know Yourself' module and provide in-depth insights into various sectors and roles before beginning 1:1 sessions to build each candidate's Career Roadmap through proper training on various skill sets & tool sets. Mentors from various verticals are involved to impart training on CRP to our students.
